During the renovation of the building, the original facades were preserved and the interior was fully renewed, using a modern design inspired by the surroundings.
There is excellent access to public transportation (access to metro, bus, train and taxi is only 150 meters away).
Even with its central location and proximity to several monuments, coffee shops, restaurants and a local market, the building is still situated in a quiet and car-free area.
It is located in the Sé neighborhood, one of the oldest, most typical and authentic areas of the city.
